Belloy-en-Santerre
Belloy -en- Santerre ( Picard: Bello -in- Santerre ) is a northern French village with 166 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) by the Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality belongs to the canton Chaulnes and is part of the Communauté de communes de Haute Picardie.
Geography
The community is located approximately nine kilometers north-east of Chaulnes and is bordered to the west of the Autoroute A1, to which there is a connection, and in the south of the department of Road D1029 ( part of the system of Chaussée Brune skin).
History
The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
