Galba (automobile)

The Société Sylla was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

Marcel Violet founded the company in 1929 in Courbevoie and began production of automobiles. The brand name was Galba. 1930 production ended. Already in October 1930 Marcel Violet with his new company Voiturettes Huascar a similar vehicle manufacturers.

Rolling stock

The only model was a small car. For the drive was provided by a two-cylinder two -stroke engine with 564 cc displacement. The engine was front mounted in the vehicle and drove through a propeller shaft to the rear axle. The transmission had two courses. The original price was the equivalent of 75 pounds sterling.
