Masters Qualifying Event

The Benson & Hedges Championship ( after 2002 transformed into: Masters Qualifying Event ) is a professional snooker tournament that was held from 1990 to 2009. For the winner, there was always a starting place for the Masters, which was then also sponsored by Benson & Hedges. 1992 has held the status of a Minor unique tournament. This means that there was to gain a tenth of the points for the Snooker world rankings of a regular ranking tournament.

He was converted into a regular qualifying tournament from 2003 The ban on tobacco advertising, for which there was no prize money.
