Valdés, Asturias

Valdés is a large town in the west of Asturias on the Costa Verde in Spain. The main town is Luarca.

Location

Valdés is located on the Bay of Biscay and has in an area of ​​353.52 square kilometers, 12,871 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013). Valdés is located on the coastal road A8 midway between Gijón and Galicia.
