Arthur Radcliffe Boswell

Arthur Radcliffe Boswell ( born January 3, 1838 in Cobourg, Ontario, † May 16, 1925 ) was a Canadian lawyer, politician and 24th mayor of Toronto.

Boswell studied law in Toronto and received his license to practice law in 1865. He was twice president of the Public Library. In 1877 he was elected to the city council and in 1883 was elected mayor. He held from January 1883 to January 1885 The Office. In 1911 he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of an insurance company and to the judicial officer a Leihgesellschaft.
