Francis Loomis (lieutenant governor)

Francis B. Loomis was an American politician. Between 1877 and 1879 he was Deputy Governor of the State of Connecticut.

The source location on Francis Loomis is very bad. About his youth and education, nothing is handed down. He lived in New London, and was politically a member of the Democratic Party. In 1876 he was elected to the side of Richard D. Hubbard as Vice- Governor of the State of Connecticut. This post he held 1877-1879. Yet he was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate. After the end of his term as Lieutenant Governor lose track of him.
