Geography

The wine lies on the German Wine Road between the towns of Bad Bergzabern and Landau in the Palatinate.

Neighboring municipalities are - clockwise - Göcklingen, cheap -Ingenheim, Niederhorbach, Pleisweiler -Oberhofen, Gleiszellen- Horbach and Klingenmünster.

Geology

The district Heuchelheim runs on a ridge and is bounded on one side by the Kaiser Bach in Kaiserbachtal, and the other part of Klingbach in Klingbachtal. The district is adjacent blades of the side opposite to the Klingbach and extends over a kilometer away along the valley, From Bacchushof in the west to the evangelical church and the old mill in the east of the village. History
