Gossersweiler-Stein

Gossersweiler-Stein is a municipality in the Southern Wine Route in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Annweiler am Trifels, within which it forms the third largest municipality with about 1400 inhabitants. Gossersweiler-Stein is a nationally recognized resort.

Geography

The municipality is located in Wasgau, which is formed from the southern part of the Palatinate Forest and the northern part of the Vosges, in the center of the Gossersweilerer Valley. History

The two places Gossersweiler and stone belonged to the late 18th century to Electoral Palatinate.
