Niederhorbach
Niederhorbach is a municipality in the Southern Wine Route in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Bad Bergzabern.

Geographical location
The wine is between the biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest and the Rhine.
History
In the year 1464 was the first certain mention of the place Niederhorbach in the form " Zynkenhorbach ".
Religion
In 2007, 60.7 percent of the population Protestant and 24.4 percent Catholic. The other belonged to a different religion or no religious affiliation were.

The local council in Niederhorbach consists of twelve council members, who were elected at the municipal election held on 7 June 2009 by majority vote, and the honorary mayor as chairman.

The blazon of the arms is: " In blue on silver clouds an angel standing with goldgesäumtem silver robe with golden wings, a golden harp playing ."
It was established in 1951 approved by the Mainz Ministry of Interior.
