Hüffler

Hüffler is a municipality in the district of Kusel, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Glan- Münchweiler.

Geography

The road is located in the village Hüffler Bledesbachtal ( popularly known as " Saubeerdal " ) along the national road 360, the height of the valley floor is 310 m. History

Development to the Middle Ages

From old documents also show that until 1879 in Hüffler a brewery called " Hornung " was in operation. During the construction of the school building in 1963, they came upon a carved in sandstone beer cellar.

1912 started with the removal of hard stones in the quarry at Isack, which was operated until the 50s. It was large, closed intrusive bodies of Melaphyrs, which were covered with stone deposits which consist of sandstones, shales and coal shale. Culture, clubs, events

Hüffler has an extensive recreational area "Am Isak ," the former mining area with camping, sports and tennis courts. Also, a fishing pond and barbecue grills are used by local clubs and tourists.
