Ivo Rüegg

Ivo Rüegg ( born April 15, 1971) is a former Swiss bobsledder.

He began in 1995 with the Bobs. In 2000 he entered the Swiss national team. At World Championships Ivo Rüegg won five and at European Championships he won six medals. Together with his top Anschiebern Roman Handschin and Cedric Grand won Ivo Rüegg 2010 with the 2-man bob the coveted overall World Cup. Rüegg also had success in the 10 combat. At the National Gymnastics and stone throwing, he was more time Swiss champion. In May 2010, he announced his resignation.
