Final Table

Due to the point of equality between Juventus and AC Milan, a playoff was needed. This should take place on goal difference and the number of goals scored by Milan ( 6:4 ) against Juventus ( 5-3 ) in Milan. Juventus, however, demanded not to evaluate the two awarded gates from the forfeit of Genoa, which was in turn been a protest of Genoa against the 2-0 victory of Juventus in the replay. Ultimately, it thus came to a decision in Turin as Juventus 5-3 now had a better goal difference than Milan ( 4:4 ).

Playoffs

The first playoff place on 29 April 1906 Velodromo Umberto I in Turin place and ended goalless after extra time. Since that time there was no penalty decision, took place on 6 May in Milan on the neutral ground of the U.S. Milanese a second decider. This was seen for AC Milan 2-0 Juventus as to the choice of the local game Milan, even if it was the "neutral" ground of the U.S. Milanese, protested and even now regarded as a masterpiece because of better goal difference. A game at Genoa, as was usual, could not come into question even after the Genoa after his 0-2 defeat in the replay still stoked anger against Juventus.
