1974–75 Serie A

The Serie A 1974/75 was the 42nd season of the Italian Serie A. The season began on October 6, 1974 and ended on 18 May 1975. Promoted as Varese FC Ascoli Calcio and Calcio Ternana came from Serie B to do so. The championship won Juventus and thus became the successor of Lazio. By winning the championship Juventus allowed to participate in the European Cup of Champions 1975/76. For the UEFA Cup the following year, the SSC Napoli, AS Roma, SS Lazio and AC Milan qualified. The ACF Fiorentina qualified as winning the Coppa Italia for the European Cup Winners' Cup 1975/76. Relegated to the B series had Lane Rossi Vicenza, Terni and Varese.
