1955–56 Serie A
The Serie A 1955/56, was the 23rd season of the Italian Football League Serie A. It started the season on 18 September 1955. The last round was on June 3, 1956. Promoted as Lane Rossi Vicenza Calcio Padova and came from the series B thereto. The season as champion ended the ACF Fiorentina and thus became the successor to the AC Milan. The qualification for the European Cup of Champions managed to Florence. Relegated to the B series had Novara Calcio and Pro Patria Calcio.
