2000–01 Serie A

The 2000/01 season was the 70th season of the Serie A of Italy's top football league.

The Scudetto, the Italian league titles, won for the third time in their history the Roma. Scorer was Hernán Crespo (Lazio Rome) with 26 Goals. Course of the season

First leader of the season was Udinese Calcio after a 4-2 opening victory over Brescia Calcio.
