1995–96 Serie A
The 1995/96 season was the 65th season of the Serie A and launched on 30 August 1995 and ended on 31 May 1996 with the surrender of the Scudetto, the Italian championship trophy to AC Milan. A total of 20 teams took part in the championship, which already played along in the last 16 season in Serie A, further played the four climbers from the Series B, Piacenza Calcio, Udinese Calcio, Vicenza Calcio and Atalanta Bergamo for the championship. Juventus went as the defending champion in the season. Scorers were Igor Protti from AS Bari and Giuseppe Signori from Lazio with 24 hits.
