1975–76 Serie A

The Serie A 1975/76 was the 43rd season of the Italian Serie A. The season began on October 5, 1975 and ended on 16 May 1976. Promoted as the AC Perugia, Como Calcio and Hellas Verona came from Serie B to do so. The championship was won by Torino and thus became the successor to Juventus. By winning the championship Turin was allowed to participate in the European Cup of Champions 1976/77. For the UEFA Cup the following year, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan and AC Cesena qualified. The Napoli qualified as winning the Coppa Italia for the European Cup Winners' Cup 1976/77. Relegated to the Serie B Ascoli Calcio had, Como and Cagliari Calcio.
