1962–63 Serie A
The Serie A 1962/63 was the 30th season of the Italian Serie A. began the season on 16 September 1962. The last round was on 26 May 1963. As a climber of Genoa, AC Naples and Modena FC came from series B thereto. The season as champions ended Inter Milan and thus became the successor to the AC Milan. The qualification for the European Champions Cup and managed Inter Milan as the winner in the European Cup of Champions 1962 /63. For the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup to Juventus and AS Roma eligible. About the Coppa Italia to Atalanta secured the participation in the European Cup Winners' Cup the following year. Relegated to the B series had to Naples, Venice, the AC and FC Palermo.
