1942–43 Serie A

The Serie A 1942/43, was the 14th season of the Italian Football League Serie A. It all began the season on October 4, 1942. The last round was the 25th April 1943. Promoted as the AS Bari and AC Vicenza came from series B thereto. The Torino ended the season as champions and thus became the successor to the Roma. Add to Serie B Bari and AC Liguria had to dismount.

The season 1942/43, was the last time being the Serie A season before the matches due to the ongoing Second World War has been set for two years. In addition, this season was the first season of the great masters team of Torino, which is better known as Grande Torino and the next year should dominate in Italian football.
