2006–07 Serie A

The 2006/07 season was the 77th season of the Serie A, it launched on September 9, 2006 and ended on 27 May 2007. The Scudetto, the Italian league titles, won for the second consecutive year, Inter Milan, the one with 97 points record aufstellte. For the international cup competitions and the AS Rome, Lazio, AC Milan, Palermo, Fiorentina and Empoli FC were qualified. The ninth -placed Sampdoria was Italy's representatives in the UEFA Intertoto Cup. In addition to the AC Chievo Verona and Ascoli Calcio and FC Messina were relegated to Serie B. The top scorer went to Francesco Totti, who scored 26 goals for AS Roma.

Juventus played the season after relegation because of the football scandal in Serie B.
