2011–12 Belgian Pro League

The First Division 2011/12 was the 109th season of the highest Belgian league in men's football. It began on July 29, 2011 and ended on May 20, 2012.

RSC Anderlecht won his 31 Championship against FC Bruges and defending champions KRC Genk.

Mode

Regular Season

In the 2011/12 season, 16 teams participate. This first play in a double round of the regular season. The final table is used as the basis for the qualifying rounds at different placement.

Championship Final Round

The first six teams qualify for the Masters round and determine the Belgian champions. The participating teams will each receive half of the points scored in the regular season credited. In half points will be rounded up to the next highest score. In case of equality of Half points will be deducted at the teams in question again The final round will be played with return game. The table First and Second are qualified for the playoff round of the UEFA Champions League 2012/13. Third- qualifies for the qualifying round 3 of the UEFA Europa League 2012/13. Play-Offs

The teams that have reached the places 7-14 in the regular season qualify for the playoffs. The eight participating teams are divided into two groups according to their rankings according to the following scale with four teams:
