21st Century Fox is an American media company based in New York. It was created by the splitting and renaming of News Corporation.

History

21st Century Fox was founded in 1979 as News Corporation. On June 28, 2013, News Corp. was divided. their costly print media in a newly created News Corp. from. Since the focus of the company is focused on the film and television business as well as pay- TV, the company underwent a name change for the 21st Century Fox. In the 21st Century Fox Inc., the film and television business as well as pay- TV will continue in the future and summarizes the print media in the new News Corporation.

Divisions

The 21st Century Fox Inc. divided future in the areas of Cable Networks, Filmed Entertainment, Television and Direct Broadcast Satellite and TV. The pay-TV platform Foxtel and Fox Sports Australia were spun together with the print area to the new News Corporation.
