Deyelsdorf

Deyelsdorf is a municipality in the district of Vorpommern - Rügen. The municipality is located southeast of Ribnitz Damgarten. Until 15 February 2004, the village belonged to the Official Trebeltal and since part of the Official Recknitz - Trebeltal.

Geography and transport

Deyelsdorf is located about 20 kilometers west of Pomerania and about five kilometers south of Tribsees. The north of the community lying A20 can be reached via the Tribsees connection ( about six kilometers ). Through the west of the municipality is the Cernosin and a section of the never finished Küstenkanal flows. There is also a larger forest area.

History

The area belonged to the end of the Thirty Years War to the Duchy of Pomerania. After the Peace of Westphalia until 1815 they then belonged to Swedish Pomerania and then to the Prussian province of Pomerania. She was until 1952 part of the district of Pomerania and then to 1994 the circle of Pomerania in the district of Rostock.

Techlin belonged to the ancient possession of the family of Behr ( later called by Behr Negendank ). After the Thirty Years' War attracted Sweden, then took possession of Pomerania, in the estate, and awarded it a little later to the Swedish Major General Hans Graf sergeant. 1819 acquired the 1790 ennobled Bernhard Gustav von Hennig's the Good Techlin, as well as the neighboring Stremlow. The Hennig family -serviced on the estate until 1945.
