Ruby (car)

Godefroy et Levêque was a French company in the field of automotive engineering.

Company History

The company based in Levallois-Perret began in 1910 with the production of engines and automobiles. The brand name was Ruby. For export to England the vehicles received until 1912 the brand names Elburn Ruby and then Tweenie. In addition to the small number of their own automobiles built-in motors were supplied to many other car manufacturers. 1922 ended the automobile and engine production in 1936.

Rolling stock

By 1914, there were three different single-cylinder models as well as three two-cylinder models from 6 CV to 12 CV. 1919 appeared a four-cylinder model.
