Schwindratzheim

Schwindratzheim is a municipality with 1580 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Bas- Rhin in Alsace region of France. The area is hilly and is used for agriculture.

Schwindratzheim shares Frankolvisheim with Mommenheim, Gunter Husen with Bossdorf and Adige Hausen with Minversheim. The municipality also includes Lortzheim.

History

Around the year 737 the place was called according to a document Svinderadovilla. The former, Peter and Paul Lutheran Church existed 1740-1902. 1904 another church was built.
