Vollstedt
Vollstedt (Danish Folsted, Frisian: Fåålst ) is a municipality in the district of North Friesland Schleswig -Holstein.
Geography and transport
Vollstedt is located in the High Narturraum Geest in the central North Frisia. About 3 km east is the lower center Bredstedt. Here run in a north-south direction, the two wichtsten roads, the highway 5 as part of the former Green Coast Road, and the railway line Marschbahn.
Policy
Municipal council
Since the local elections of 2008, the CDU Community Vollstedt ( FWV ) had all seven seats in the municipal council. In the local elections on May 26, 2013 held at a turnout of 58.6 percent, the FWV their seven seats.
Mayor
At the constituent meeting of the municipal council Hans -Jakob Paulsen was elected for the term 2013-2018 again for mayor.
