Towarri-Nationalpark

The Towarri National Park is a national park in the eastern part of the Australian state of New South Wales, 230 kilometers north of Sydney and 45 km north of Muswellbrook.

The park includes six individual areas on the south slopes of the Liverpool Range, part of the Great Dividing Range. The largest of these is around the Mount Tinagroo. The terrain consists of sandstone rocks on which rain forest, snow gums and grass trees grow.

For walkers opens up wild, steep terrain without specific paths and the peaks provide interesting views. The roads in the park are all unpaved ..
