2002–03 ECHL season
The 2002/03 season was the 15th regular season of the East Coast Hockey League ( ECHL ). The 27 teams completed in the regular season per 72 encounters. The point of best team in the regular season were the Toledo Storm, while the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies won in the play-offs, their first Kelly Cup ever.

Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Mobile Mysticks stopped the game operation.
- The New Orleans Brass stopped the game operation.
- The Macon Whoopee been to Lexington, Kentucky, moved and played from now on under the name Lexington Men O'War.
