Mobile Mysticks

The Mobile Mysticks were an American ice hockey team from Mobile, Alabama. The team played from 1995 to 2002 in the East Coast Hockey League.

History

The Mobile Mysticks were founded in 1995 as a franchise of the East Coast Hockey League. After they had missed the playoffs for the Kelly Cup in their debut season, they continuously increased in the following years, and in each case in the playoffs, with the Mysticks in the 2000 /01 season with the third playoff round reached the greatest success achieved in its history. Previously they were in the regular season third in the Southwest Division become before them in the playoffs after a bye and a victory over the Jackson Bandits until the later Kelly Cup champion South Carolina Stingrays just with 2:3 wins in the best-of- Seven series failed.
