Embühren
Embühren is a municipality in Akrug Nature Park in the district of Rendsburg -Eckernförde in Schleswig -Holstein.
History
The site was founded shortly before 1500 and was originally called depending on the source Immig Buren, Imingburen or Imburen.
Policy
Of the nine seats in the municipal council has the voter community KWG since 2013, all the local election seats.
Economy
The municipal area is predominantly agricultural.
Personalities
Detlef Struve (* 1903), CDU politician and co-founder of the Schleswig -Holstein Farmers' Association, has lived in Embühren, where he died in 1987.
