Vadencourt (Somme)
Vadencourt ( Picard: Vasincourt ) is a northern French village with 97 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the Canton of Villers -Bocage (Somme ) and is part of the Communauté de communes du Bocage et de l' Hallue.
Geography
Vadencourt is located immediately adjacent to Contay and approximately 12.5 kilometers north of Corbie near the source of Hallue 15 km east of Villers -Bocage on the D919 road department.
History
The small town was since the Middle Ages seat of a dominion of the several courts and the mill were dependent.
