Sentelie

Sentelie ( Picard: Chindlie ) is a northern French village with 205 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Amiens, is part of the Communauté de communes du canton de Conty, in the canton Conty.

Geography

The community on the border of Oise is located approximately 10 kilometers west of Conty at the department D138 road on the hills between the river and the leading- Évoissons Bach parquets.

History

The medieval, divided into two suzerainty was under the Katellanei of Conty.

  • The Saint-Nicolas Church from the 15th and 16th centuries.
  • The former hermitage of Saint -Lambert (16th century) in the cemetery south of town in 1926 as a monument historique registered ( Base Mérimée PA00116254 ).
