2007 Tour de France

The 94th Tour de France started on Saturday, July 7, 2007 in London and ended on Sunday, July 29 on the Avenue des Champs- Élysées in Paris. The starting point was on 24 January 2006 by the ASO and the then Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone announced. The lines of the prologue in London and the first stage through southern England were presented on 9 February 2006, the complete course on Thursday, October 26, 2006. The organizer has invited 19 of the 20 teams in the UCI ProTour. However, the organizers ASO organization admitted only the 18 UCI ProTeam preseason to start an automatic right.
