2011–12 UCI Track Cycling World Cup

The UCI Track Cycling World Cup 2011/2012 (2011-2012 UCI Track Cycling World Cup ) took place between November 4, 2011 and February 19, 2012 and consisted of four competitions held in Astana, Cali, Beijing and London, where he in Astana and London was first held. The won in this World Cup season rankings were decisive for the qualification for the Olympic Games 2012 in London, broken down by individual and nations or team standings. The Australian team sprint duo Anna Meares and Kaarle McCulloch presented in London in the qualifiers in 32.828 s a new world record and thus improved its own record ( 32.923 s ) from the year 2010. In the final set, the British duo Jessica Varnish and Victoria Pendleton in 32.754 s another world record.
