Rondeshagen

Rondeshagen is a municipality in the district of Lauenburg, in Schleswig- Holstein. The municipality Rondeshagen belongs to the district of Groß Weeden.

History

Rondeshagen was first mentioned in 1373 as " Rouchelstorp ". 1394 sold Eghard Parkentin the Good " Rodingeshagen " at Duke Erich III. of Saxe- Lauenburg. Soon after, Good and village Rondeshagen came into the possession of various Lübeck councilors and patrician families, such as Segebodo Crispin, Nicolaus Carbow and Gottschalck of Wickede and the Mayor of Lübeck Christoph death. The family of death had Rondeshagen to 1788 in their possession. 1747 Rondeshagen was reintegrated into the Duchy of Lauenburg. The landlord period ended 1928. From 1889 to 1948, the village belonged to the district of Bliestorf, since 1948 to the Official Berkenthin.
