Sourdon
Sourdon ( Picard: Sordon ) is a northern French village with 286 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier, is part of the Communauté de communes du Val de Noye, in the canton Ailly- sur- Noye.
Geography
The community is located about 10 km southwest of Moreuil, 7.5 km south-southeast of Ailly- sur- Noye on the road department D14. In the north of the village there is a wind turbine.
History
The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
