Friedrichsgabekoog is a municipality in the district of Dithmarschen in Schleswig-Holstein.

History
The polder dykes 1714 and was originally intended to protect the land connection between Wesselburen and Büsum. The Friedrichsgabekoog was originally Wasmerskoog.
Geography
Geographical Location
Federal highway 203 between Heath and Büsum runs directly through the polder.
Policy
The municipality has a municipal assembly instead of a local council, this includes all residents of the community to. In accordance with § 54 of the Schleswig-Holstein municipal code for all agglomerations with less than 70 inhabitants.
Religion
Friedrichsgabekoog belongs to the Evangelical- Lutheran parish Woehrden.
