Coat of arms
Blazon: " Argent, on a red three mountain which is covered with a silver key with the bit left and down, diagonally crossed a red Torfspaten with the leaf on top and a red grubbing hoe. "
The three mountain represents the three former village communities Osterrade, Jützbüttel and Süderrade. Osterrade is the oldest documented testified place in the parish Albers village by the 1272 Peter mentioned chapel. This is symbolized by the St. Peter's key. The grubbing hoe refers to the two clearing places Easter and Süderrade, the Torfspaten to the two districts located in the bog hut and Christian Schormoor. The color scheme is derived from the Dithmarsch national colors.
