Helse is a municipality in the district of Dithmarschen in Schleswig-Holstein.

Geography
Geographical Location
The community, which borders the city of Marne, is on the march. Through the municipal area leads the Federal Highway 5, which connects here Marne and Meldorf together.
Community structure
The area municipality consists of the villages Darenwurth, Helse, Helserdeich, Hembüttel, Krumwehl, Norderland climbing, Triangle, Vitt and Zippelkoog.
Policy
The municipal council consists of eleven members, of which six of the SPD and five of the BWV.

Not far from Marne lies the formerly exclusively rural character, the village Helse. Without damage to the still dominant agricultural economic structure of the community whose economic development has recently been characterized by an increase in small and medium-sized businesses. For the purposes of this structural change, the remarkable heraldic coat of arms unusual figure is to be understood. It shows a kind of millstone in a design that is reminiscent of a pinwheel, a whirlpool or a wind turbine. Dating back to a fairly prominent in the community public work of art it is meant as a symbol of movement in the sense of dynamism and progress. The location Helses near the sea is symbolized by the blue of the hub. The surrounding them ring is the most likely already in the early 11th century established the "Golden Ring", the first closed dike.

In the village there is a primary school, secondary schools are in Marne.
