Rethonvillers

Rethonvillers ( Picard: Èrtonvilé ) is a northern French village with 348 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Somme in the Picardie region. The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier, in the canton Roye.

Geography

The Marché Allouarde with almost coalesced place is located about 8 km northeast of Roye at the Department of Roye road D930 after Nesle. To Rethonvillers include the hamlet of Sept- fours, and the homestead Tilloi.

History

The municipality received the Croix de guerre as a distinction from 1914 to 1918.
