Büsumer Deichhausen

Büsum (formerly " Dykhusen " ) is a municipality in the district of Dithmarschen in Schleswig-Holstein.

Geography

The march municipality is located directly on the North Sea on the north coast of Meldorfer Bay. It is located east of the North Sea Health Spa Büsum.

Policy

Since the local elections of 2013, the voters Community WGB has all nine seats in the municipal council.

Traffic

Directly through the village leads the county road 55 west of the town opens into the federal highway 203 leading to Heide. The nearest train station is in Büsum. From there, one on the road to Heath in Heath following the Nord-Ostsee -Bahn Hamburg - Westerland ( Sylt) and the sporadic intercity traffic.

Spa and resort

Due to the location of the community is economically dominated mainly touristy. There is a hotel and a snack and a small grocery store. The beach is guarded by the DLRG. Admission is free, but you need a tourist card.
