Odderade is a municipality in the district of Dithmarschen in Schleswig-Holstein. The places Quellental and teaching constable lie in the municipality.

Geography and transport

Odderade is located on the L 236 between Nordhastedt and Sarzbüttel. Nearest city is Meldorf.

The community is known regionally mainly by the giant Wahld, the largest forest area Dithmarschens, located relatively close to the state of a real jungle.

History

In the early 1970s the then independent municipality learning constable was incorporated into the municipality Odderade.
