Renville County is a county located in the state of North Dakota in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Mohall.

Geography

The County is located in northwestern North Dakota, bordering Canada and has an area of ​​2310 square kilometers, of which 45 square kilometers are water surface. It borders in the United States clockwise to the following counties: Bottineau County, McHenry County, Ward County and Burke County.

History

Renville County was formed in 1873. It was named for Joseph Renville.
