Flußbach

Flußbach is a municipality in the district of Bernkastel -Wittlich, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Kröv - Bausendorf.

Geography

Flußbach located in the outer south Eifel, nestled in a valley at the foothills of Wittlich Depression. 57 percent of the district area is forested. Nearest regional center is in the south of Wittlich.

History

Flußbach was part of the Electorate of Trier. Beginning in 1794, Flußbach under French rule, 1815, the place on the Congress of Vienna was assigned to the Kingdom of Prussia. Since 1946 he is part of Rhineland- Palatinate then newly founded.
