Hochstatt
High instead is a commune with 2107 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Altkirch, Altkirch the canton and the existing community association since 2001 Secteur d' illfurth.
Geography
The municipality is located in the high Instead Sundgau seven kilometers southwest of the center of Mulhouse in the valley of the River Ill.
Neighboring communities of high instead are Morschwiller -le- Bas in the north, Didenheim in the northeast, Zillisheim the southeast, Frœningen in the south, the west and Galfingue Heimsbrunn in the northwest.
