1996 Alpine Skiing World Cup
The 1995/1996 season of the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup, organized by the began on November 12, 1995 in Tignes (men) and on November 16 in Vail ( women) and ended on 10 March 1996, when the World Cup finals in Kvitfjell / Hafjell. For men, 33 races were held (9 runs, 6 Super G, 9 Giant Slalom, Slalom 9 ). For women, there were 32 races (8 runs, 7 Super -G, Giant Slalom 7, 10 slaloms ). These two ratings were combined for men and one for women.
The highlight of the season was the postponed by one year the world championship in 1996 in the Sierra Nevada.
