1994 Alpine Skiing World Cup

The 1993/1994 season of the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup, organized by the began on October 30, 1993 - first time on the Rettenbachferner at Sölden - and ended on March 20, 1994 on the occasion of the World Cup finals in Vail. For men, 33 races were held (11 runs, 5 Super G, 9 Giant Slalom, Slalom 8 ). For women, there were 32 races (7 runs, 6 Super G, 9 Giant Slalom, Slalom 10 ). Then there were two each combination ratings.

The highlight of the season was the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer. The season was overshadowed by the death of the overthrow of the Austrian Ulrike Maier at the downhill in Garmisch -Partenkirchen, just before the Winter Games and a few races before the end of their career.
