The Union County is a county located in the state of Florida in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Lake Butler.

History

The Union County was formed on 20 May 1921 parts of Bradford County. It was named to commemorate the concept of unity. In Union County is Florida's state prison for men.
