Warren A. Haggott

Warren Armstrong Haggott (* May 18, 1864 in Sidney, Ohio; † April 29, 1958 in Denver, Colorado ) was an American politician ( Republican). He represented the state of Colorado in the U.S. House of Representatives and was its vice- governor.

After attending elementary school in Sidney continued his education first at the Warren Haggott Xenia College in Ohio continued. In 1886, he then made his degree at Valparaiso College in Indiana; In the same year he began at the Dallas County ( Texas) to work as a teacher. In 1887 he moved to Gilpin County in Colorado, where he also worked as a teacher. From 1888 to 1889 he was head of a school in Black Hawk; 1890-1899 he held the office of School Board in Idaho Springs. During this time Haggott also hit a career as a lawyer. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1892. After the end of his tenure as school board then he opened a practice in Idaho Springs.

Between 1902 and 1903, Warren Haggott exercised the office of Lieutenant Governor of Colorado from; He was thus the representative of Governor James Bradley Orman. In 1904, he stood before the Republican of Colorado as Chairman.
