1995 Tippeligaen

The Tippeligaen 1995 was the 51th season of Norway's highest football league and the fifth season under the name Tippeligaen. The season began on 21 April 1995 and ended on 22 October 1995.

Mode

This was played against each other, so that each team completed 26 games the first season in the fourteen teams in the league in a simple round-trip round. The three last player had to dismount.

Season

Rosenborg BK won for the fourth consecutive year, the Norwegian championship. So you stopped the previous record of Viking from 1972 to 1975. It was also the tenth championship for Rosenborg BK. Thus they were the sole record holder in Norway. Since the seventh match they were continuously at the top of the table. Even after 23 Matchday they had secured the championship early. The cup competition they won as well and reached for the fifth time in club history, the league and cup double. The newly promoted IL Hødd and Strindheim IL had after just one season back in the first Divisjon dismount. In contrast, Molde FK and IF Stabæk could keep in the Tippeligaen.
